Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Barrie Boys Limited online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can also log into your Barrie Boys Limited account profile at any time to view your order history and real-time shipping status.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are so sorry for the trouble! Please email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.

We ship both locally and globally!
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over a specific threshold (e.g., $50), otherwise a flat rate applies.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
International Orders: Can take 7–14 business days depending on customs processing times.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories like baby products, personal care items, or clearance outlet items are final sale unless they arrive defective.
How do I start a return?
Reach out to our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Repackage your item securely and attach the provided return label.
Drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
